1. Who we are
This website, anai.ai, is run by Anai AI Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE477661), registered office Makedonias 5, Emba, 8250 Pafos, Cyprus. Anai AI Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the anai.ai website, the beta waitlist and the contact form. The Anai app is in development, and this policy does not cover it.
3. Data we collect and why
Beta waitlist. Your name and email address, so we can invite you to the beta and send you news about it.
Contact form. Your name, email address, the reason you chose and your message, so we can answer you.
Website analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). Cloudflare provides security services and visit statistics.
Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which sends device and browser information to Google to tell people from automated programs.
4. Legal bases
Waitlist and analytics: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Contact form: steps you ask us to take, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). Spam protection and site security: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe (Article 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
5. Who receives your data
Our service providers process data for us: Google (email, analytics and reCAPTCHA), Cloudflare (security services and visit statistics) and Hostinger (website hosting). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer relies on the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Waitlist entries: until the beta invitations are complete, or earlier if you ask us to remove you. Contact messages: as long as we need them to answer you and handle any follow-up. Analytics data: as long as our Google Analytics setting keeps it, currently 14 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy) or the authority in your country.
8. Children
The site and the beta are for adults aged 18 and over.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
